Welcome to HEAT4YAFEAT (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who We Are
HEAT4YAFEAT sells 12-point authenticated sneakers and related products via this website and our other sales channels (eBay, in-person pickups). Every pair we sell has been through our own 12-point authentication process before it reaches you.
2. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price; we confirm the order when it’s accepted and payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will refund any payment already taken if we do.
3. Product Condition & Authenticity
Listings state the condition (new, used, vintage/deadstock, etc.) as accurately as we can. Every pair sold as authenticated has passed our 12-point check. If a listing’s condition or authenticity claim turns out to be materially wrong, contact us — see Section 6.
4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except as described in our Refund and Returns Policy, which controls over anything in these Terms if the two conflict.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines and carriers are as stated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier; we’ll work with you on a lost/damaged-in-transit claim, but the carrier’s own coverage is the primary recourse.

7. Intellectual Property
Site content — text, graphics, the HEAT4YAFEAT name and logo, photography — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Product names, sneaker brand names, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; our use of them is descriptive (identifying the product), not an endorsement or affiliation claim.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
